Our warranty ensures your child’s ongoing comfort and support. Every 6 months, we conduct a crucial adjustment to align with their developing foot arch. If the existing insoles still fit, we provide a tune- up, covering both material and workmanship at no cost. Should your child outgrow the insoles, we replace them for FREE within the warranty period.
Can I move the insoles from one shoe to another?
Absolutely. During our consultation, we’ll guide you on selecting the right shoes that complement the mobility of our insoles. We’ll provide insights on what features to look for in footwear, emphasizing support and stability. Choosing the correct shoes plays a vital role in correcting your child’s arch development, and we’ll ensure you’re equipped with the knowledge of what to wear and what to avoid.
